Another martial arts dream

This goes back to a couple nights ago. And I wish I could remember more details, but....

I found myself holding a bo (wooden staff) and facing two would-be attackers, also holding bos.

In a sudden flash of movement, I alternately struck each of them with the opposite ends of my bo. Repeatedly. Just bappita-bappita-bappita-bappita.

I became vaguely half-awake, somewhat aware of my wife trying to calm me down (she knows I do this once in a while). Then I remembered that my hands/fists had been flailing in front of me.

Glad I was laying on my back, and not on my side.

Yet another submarine

It's been a while since I've posted. Mostly due to apathy more than anything. Life has still been handing me the weird dreams.

Last night it was a submarine dream. I was in front of the conning tower (I believe that's the name for it) and the top surface of the sub was already underwater. There was a golf ball or ping pong ball hovering/floating on a column of bubbles rising up from a tiny hole close by. It's like it was designed that way.

The sub was slowly descending, and yet I had no concern for the fact that I was underwater. I certainly didn't seem to be getting swept away by the current. I did however have a concern for this curious little ball. I ended up plucking it out of mid-air (mid-water?), walking past the conning tower to a position about 10-20 feet aft. There was another deliberately created nook on the surface of this vessel which seemed to meet the current need, so I placed the ball inside of it.

Suddenly everything seemed right.
